Having hung up his suit and binder in 2005, by 2007 Nick Fox found himself wishing there was someway he could stay involved in the world of forensics. At that time, he attempted, and ultimately failed, to purchase a well-established forensics website. Though things didn’t work out as he had hoped, it was during this time that the seed for Forensics Underground was planted.
Over the course of the next year, Nick developed his ideas further, and little by little, his vision for the site became clear. He wanted a site far from the influence of any school or organization. He wanted to create a place, as corny as it sounds, for forensicators, by forensicators. A site where students, coaches, and alum could all congregate to read up on the latest news, learn a few new techniques, or just goof off on the message board. Essentially, he wanted to bring back the type of forensics site that he visited, when he still competed.
With a heavy focus on original content and communication between the administration of the site and its members, Forensics Underground will hopefully become a go-to site for anything and everything relating to forensics. The site is raw, uncensored (well, mostly), and all for you…
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to The Underground.
